Please call (719) 593-0005 for appointment information. Our office is open for appointments Monday through Friday and our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Friday.

The goal of our office is provide access to our dental services and be able to treat your dental needs in a timely manner. Drs Seaman and Wiley, working together, can assure you that our office is open to address your dental concerns.
Financial Arrangements
Providing the highest quality of care is our primary goal. We are a fee for service practice, however as a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance. When the necessary treatment has been determined a pre-authorization is mailed to the patient's insurance in hopes to maximize their dental insurance benefits. We have several convenient payment options that will be discussed and set up prior to beginning treatment.
