Dental Hygiene

As a courtesy for our patients that do not have a general dentist, Susan, our dental hygienist, does regular teeth cleaning (prophylaxis) appointments. We recommend that prophylaxis be performed twice annually as a preventative measure, but should be completed every three to four months for patients with gum problems. It should be noted that gum disease cannot be completely reversed, but prophylaxis is one of the tools to effectively halt its progress. Susan, has over 35 years of experience. Her care and dedication to patient education ensure you have the tools necessary to optimize your oral health.
