Insurance Information

As a courtesy, we file all dental insurance for our patients. Payment is expected at the time of services and your dental insurance will reimburse you directly according to the terms of your dental insurance contract. If you have a list of doctors your are required to see, you will need to pick someone from that list, otherwise we are happy to file your insurance. We will also file a preauthorization for your treatment once you and the doctor have decided on treatment.
